Congratulations
Congratulations to Amy, Scott and Liddell (Yr 3) Cooper on the birth of their son and brother, Remy Thomas, last Friday.
School Performance
What a wonderful performance of “Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits” we were treated to last week. It was so exciting to see how confident and proud the children were of their performances.
Sincere thanks to Tommy Greene, Jo Wollermann and Tracey Dalton for the many hours they spent in rehearsals with the children, to Cara Chisholm for painting the excellent backdrops, Leanne Mahney for assistance with backdrops and decorating the foyer, Naomi Harman for costuming and to all the staff for their assistance with practice.
Congratulations to all our children on a superb performance.
Transition Day
Our whole school transition day will be held next Tuesday, December 10th. Our students will spend the day in their 2020 classes with their new teachers and we wish our Year 6 students all the best as they head to their secondary schools for the day.

Choir
Our school choir will be singing in a number of venues over the coming weeks. They began yesterday by providing the entertainment for the MPower Christmas lunch and continue next week with a visit to Moyneyana House on December 11th, singing at our Awards, Carols and Graduation night on December 12th and at the Community Carols on the Green on December 15th, beginning at 6.00pm. Thank you to Antonia Balmer and Fraser Paton for their preparation of the choir.
Christmas Breakfast
Our annual Christmas breakfast will be held next Wednesday December 11th, beginning at 8.00am. Please order via CDF Pay by Friday.
Carols, Awards and Graduation Night
Our annual Carols, Awards and Graduation night will be held on Thursday, December 12th, beginning at 7.00pm. This night is for all school families, not just our Year 6 families. All classes will be involved in singing a carol and it gives us the opportunity, as a school community, to farewell our Year 6 students and families, as well as other staff, students and families who may be leaving the school. Students need to wear their summer uniform.
Numeracy testing
Families will have received an email last Friday regarding online bookings for our numeracy testing in December.
Literacy testing bookings for January 29th and 30th will be open once numeracy bookings are complete.
School fees
Thank you to all those families who have settled their school fee accounts for this year. It would be appreciated if all outstanding payments could be finalised as soon as possible. Please see me as soon as possible if you are having difficulty with payment.
Kind regards,
