BIDWILL Public School

Term 2, Week 3

MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

I would like to welcome everyone back to Term 2.

There are many wonderful events continuing at Bidwill Public School.

Staffing

Miss Tiffany Attard will continue her dual role as Kindergarten Teacher and Assistant Principal in the Preschool.  Miss Attard will be released every Thursday to complete her administrative duties needed by the preschool.  Mrs Mirza has not yet returned and the school will notify the school community when this happens.

Mrs Prasad will not be returning this term and we welcome Mrs Roantree who will continue on the class until the end of the year.  Notes have been sent out to students of those classes.

Reports

Semester one reports will be going home in week 10.  Over the next few weeks, teachers and students will be working towards the finalisation of semester one reports.

The report only tells part of the story.  It is a conversation you have with your child's teacher who can put everything into perspective. I would encourage all students to read through the report with you to work towards achieving some reasonable goals.

P&C

The P&C continue to work together with the school community to provide additional support to all students and the school community.

I would like to thank you all for organising this year's Mother's Day stall so our students were able to give a special gift for Mother's Day.

Yours in Education
