I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Creators, who volunteered their valuable time and effort to create lovely products for Father’s day Stall. I extend my special gratitude to Amanda who was present for all our creators meetings and to the OOSH children who helped colour the patterns for the tea coasters. Linda, from P and C extended her special thanks to Fatima and Shara for their timely help at the stall.

“Creators” is a program where volunteers meet and make sellable products. All materials are provided. Just bring your smile and creativity along. You do not need any experience to volunteer. If you would like to be a part of Creators program, feel free to contact me. We have more products to make.

Hub partnered with Hills community aid to run a 6 week Café skills training course. All our participants finished the course successfully and received their certificates on 12th of September. A big thank you to Crystal, facilitator of the course and to all staff and parents of our school who motivated our participants by ordering coffee.

Do you have any more ideas for hub programs? What do you like to continue at the hub? Do you have any concerns with any existing programs? Please feel free to contact me, I am eager to hear from you.

For more updates about hub programs please follow our face book page. For those who have not met me, I am Seetha, Community Hub leader at the school.
