Term 4 Week 6: Monday 16th November 2020

Ending & Starting School Dates

  • Last day for 2020 Term 4 is Wednesday 16th December 2020
  • First day for 2021 Term 1 is Friday 29th  January 2021 (Years 1 to 6)
  • First day for 2020 Term 1 is Monday 1st February 2021 (Kindergarten)


  • Mathematics Assessment Interviews (MAI) online bookings will open up on Friday 11th December 2020  www.schoolinterviews.com.au
  • MAI interviews for Years 1 - 6 on Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th January 2021. 
  • MAI interviews for Kindergarten on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 30th January 2020.

Swimming Carnival

This year our swimming carnival has been modified as per CEDP Guide for Sport and Physical Activity guidelines. To keep consistency across CEDP schools, we have been advised that “Even if a sporting competition occurs in an external venue, if the sporting activity is held during the school day ‘non-essential’ adults should not attend”. This year due to Covid regulations, unfortunately no spectator parents are allowed to attend.

2020 Book Fair Final Day Tomorrow!

Thank you for your support in the 2020 Book Fair!

A few last minute reminders:

- All orders are due in tomorrow morning (Tuesday 17th November) at the latest.

- Remember to use the link on the back of the Wish List to place your order.

- Record your 8-digit receipt number and amount paid on the back- Please highlight or circle chosen books from wish list.

- No cash, online orders only.

- Book Fair orders, not Book Club (this is separate).

- If this is a gift, please indicate this clearly.

- If books are missing, they have been put on order and will be here within the next week or two.

Leaving Student Form

If you intend to withdraw your child from Mary Immaculate Primary School please download, complete and return the leaving student form as soon as possible.

Note that there is a 10 school week notice period otherwise a full term's fees will be payable.

One exception is that notice in writing will be accepted at any time during Term 4 in relation to the following year’s enrolment.
