Cadet Update
On Monday afternoon, Dr Hillier and Capt. McClean met with the Commanding Officer of 2nd NSW Cadet Brigade, Colonel Tara Bucknall. As a result of these discussions, we can now offer the opportunity of being part of the Cadet Unit to all Year 7 students who wish to join the Unit. These students will participate in a structured, modified program that will allow them to experience the majority of the training being offered to other cadets who are already enrolled in the Unit. This modified program will include the Bivouac in April and the Annual Camp in September. Any student who would like to join the program can collect the enrolment form from Reception.

Cadet Camp
The Date for the first Cadet Camp of 2020 is Wednesday 15th to Friday 17th April.

Join Cadets
All students in Years 7-12 are welcome to join the cadet unit. Students in Year 7 and those under the age of 13 in 2020, will be offered a modified program. Enrolment forms are available from Reception.

Maths Study Centre - Years 7-12

The Years 7-12 Maths Study Centre will be held in the Library from 3.30 to 4.20pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

To help foster community spirit within the school and to increase our fundraising capacity, we encourage every family to do their best to Volunteer in the School Canteen at least once this year - this is open to all parents, grandparents and carers.

The full 2020 Canteen Volunteer Roster is available at: volunteersignup.org/3FEPT.

To sign up please click on the link and just follow the instructions on the page. It only takes a few seconds to do and you won’t regret it!

Each week is allocated to a different year group each semester -  this is only a guideline to encourage class groups to volunteer with parents they know. If your availability differs from your class’s allocated week - please go ahead and volunteer on the day/week that suits you best.

Without your support the Canteen wouldn’t be as wonderful as it is!

For all questions on Volunteering please email Shannon at: PHPAvolunteer@tphs.nsw.edu.au and for more information on what is involved please see the skoolbag 'Canteen Volunteering’ folder.
