As per current DoE advice: Masks are an effective way of minimising the transmission of respiratory viruses and infections, and protecting our community, especially those who are at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19 and flu. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all students and staff wear a mask, particularly in indoor settings or when distancing is not possible. Your consideration is appreciated.

***SKOOLBAG IS OUR MAIN FORM OF COMMUNICATING WITH YOU***In case of urgent/important communication, notifications via the Skoolbag app on your phone will keep you informed***
To ensure you receive all communication via SkoolBag, please have the app downloaded on your phone, with the notifications turned ON.
Although the school pushes out notifications via the app and email, there may be times when an important message may be missed as emails may sometimes not be checked regularly.
If there were to be an emergency, (hopefully not), information would be pushed out via SkoolBag.

Stage 2: Digi Ed Claymation Workshop - Stage 2 participated in a full day claymation digital animation workshop on Monday! The workshop was run by 3 wonderful instructors, who stepped our Stage 2 students through the whole process, from storyboarding to post-production!
Head over to @balmainps for the Stage 2 Claymation Creations!
'Firstly, when I got into the class I was really confused because I had forgotten that we were doing Digi Ed. Then Steve showed us a clay animation video which looked really cool, so I got very excited! We first had to make a story that we would eventually make into our clay animation. Then we had to make our characters and our backgrounds. Then he taught us how to use the camera and computers. Finally, we got to make our animations!' - Alex S
'Digi Ed was very fun, especially making the clay figures and picking the soundtracks.' - Rosalind C
'Digi Ed was great! It was all about claymation and now we have claymation stuff displayed on our back shelf in our classroom.' - Panya S
'The shooting felt very short as it was only 1 hour. Time really flies by when you're having fun!' - Victoria G
