2020 Welcome Bags

We have our new 'Welcome Bags' ready for our Prep 2020 students. Some lovely surprises inside, to help our new Preps settle into St Timothy's smoothly. Next term we start our  Orientation Programs on Friday mornings which will run for 11 weeks through Term 3 & 4. It is always a special time as we welcome our new children and their families into our school. It is also an exciting time for siblings, when their younger brother or sister joins them at school.

Earn & Learn

Earn and Learn is back again at Woolworths but time is closing fast. We would like families who shop at Woolworths collect Earn & Learn Stickers and use the sheets provided. Please return to school or drop into the box at Brentford Square or Forest Hill. Please invite family members to assist in the collection of stickers. These stickers are then used/traded to purchase extra classroom resources for our children.

Orienteering

Happy faces throughout Year 3-6 as the weather finally allowed the children to get active orienteering. Today the children went on a treasure hunt, set up courses, then began their orienteering adventure. Laughter, chattering and pounding feet could be heard all around the school. Reading maps, following visual directions, teamwork were all a part of this fun, engaging and important learning experience.

Gymnastics

It was wonderful to see the children watching and listening to directions carefully before rising to the challenge. Strength, balance, timing and determination all necessary to complete the challenges,
