Dear parents, dear students,
We hope that you were able to take advantage of this fall break with its mild weather to disconnect a bit and recover before the start of this third and final term of the school year.
First of all, we would like to thank you for your participation in the various surveys, among parents, students and staff, to allow us to understand your problems and your feelings about the distance learning methods. Here are the main results.
Even though we maintain the distance learning approach as explained in our previous Newsletter, the new context, your concerns and the recommendations of the authorities lead us to put in place new measures to protect the LCS community but also to pursue our educational mission in the best possible way. These adjustments, detailed below, were taken after analyses, strict hygiene procedures, in agreement with the pedagogical teams; after consulting the school council, the WHS (Work Health and Safety committee) and obtaining the formal agreement of the Embassy. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the representatives who were called upon during the holidays in the various school bodies.
Finally, we have also prepared a video message in order to keep in touch with you and share some information and advice.
Take good care of yourself and see you soon,
The LCS Management team.
