This week marks the the four week countdown to the end of the school year and the anticipation of Christmas and summer holidays. The next twenty school days are jam-packed with many end of year events.
For Year 6 students it is their last term of primary school and they are now preparing to deliver a great tradition of hosting a Mini Fete for the enjoyment of students. Mini Fete is a student only event. It is a special occasion where Year 6 organise and set up amazing stalls and activities where all students from Kindergarten to Year 5 can participate in fun events and win prizes.
With the sunshine and clear skies, our students have been enjoying outdoor play and games. Can I remind all parents and carers that every student must have a school hat to play outside. If your child needs a new hat, they can be purchased form the P&C Uniform Shop. Orders are filled by our P&C volunteers on Tuesday before school, and given to students during the day.
Staff are busy preparing Semester 2 Student Reports and these reports will be released via the Sentral Parent Portal on Wednesday 14 December as well as a paper version. Whilst reports are being compiled, students continue to participate in new learning activities and teachers encourage all students to continue to read each night and revise math concepts learnt in class.
