Broken Hill North Public School

School Bulletin No. 26 2020

From the Principal

This week marks the annual SAS Staff Recognition Week. It is timely that we take a moment to appreciate the amazing contributions our SAS Staff provide to the running and culture of our school. From the offices, the classrooms and the grounds we are blessed to have such supportive and committed staff to help make us who we are.

Paradise is very lucky to have these people on board with us –

Thank you all for all you do for us!

Hopefully, whether it be via letter, ClassDojo or facebook, the messages regarding the updated guidelines for schools has landed in your world and you’re all aware of the next phase of changes. Most things are still as they were but there is a definite focus on keeping staff and students who are displaying flu like symptoms out of schools and having them undertake COVID-19 testing.

Another aspect we have to tighten up is for parents and non-essential visitors to stay outside the perimeter of the school grounds. Obviously, there are times when parents need to come into the school but all that contact should be limited to the front office not classrooms.

If you haven't go your enrolment forms from the front office it is time to do so.
