Dear Parents and Friends,
As you would be aware, our Semester Two Student Learning Reports will be distributed shortly. These reports give parents and carers an important insight as to how each child is progressing and assist teachers when planning learning tasks. When preparing these reports, teachers employ a variety of assessment strategies and observations to provide an accurate report.
MAI Testing 2020
On Monday a note will go home with instructions on how to book a Mathematical Assessment Interview on either Tuesday January 28 or Wednesday January 29. These interviews are essential and need to be completed. Each interview will take about 40mins. The interviews will be conducted by the classroom teachers and you need to book with the teacher your child will have in 2020. Therefore, if your child is currently in Year One (2019) then you will need to book with the Year 2 teacher. Each learning space will also have a support teacher who will also be conducting MAIs. They will be identified as a Stage teacher. They will be able to conduct the MAI on both classes within the stage. E.g. Stage One teacher will be able to interview both Year 1 and year 2 children.

Healthy Harvest Canteen
We are happy to announce that Leila will continue to serve the families at Holy Trinity. Over the past weeks as per the CEDP guidelines the canteen needed to go to tender and Healthy Harvest was still the best option for our school. Congratulations Leila.
