It was great to celebrate Education Week with a static display in the hall and musical performances on the hardcourt. The standard of work on display was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the class photos with speech bubbles from the students telling us what they want to do in the future. Our students have some interesting professions in the pipleines. “I want to be a coal miner.” Heath KC, “I want to work in the army.” Josh 5/6C, “I want to be a zookeeper.” Grace 3/4E, “I want to start a company that creates games.” Zac 5/6P, “I want to be a firework lighter.” Linkin 1/2M
Thank you to all the families who came along to support our school and to the hard working Education Week committee who organised everything.
HELP NEEDED
We need volunteers to support our breakfast club initiative on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays each week. Volunteers will assist in the preparation of toast and cereal for our students from 8.30-9.10 am on these days. If you are able to assist, please contact Mrs Pitt at the school.
