On Friday the 31st of March we held our Cross Country carnival. It was the first time in a long time that we used our school and its surrounding area. Although the wind picked up throughout the day, the day went very well. We used our new house gazebos for students to sit under and cheer for their peers. It was amazing to see all the house spirit on the day. Infants students even enjoyed their own fun run and activities ran by Mrs Campbell and Mr O'Keefe. It was a great day for all students!
Our district representatives have received their notes and we look forward to hearing how they go on Friday the 19th of May at Wollondilly Public School. Good luck Goulburn North!
The day could not have been a success without the help of our volunteers. Thank you to the P&C who ran the canteen and put on a sausage sizzle meal deal. It was a great edition, catering not only for the students, but to our guests on the day. Thank you to all the parents and visitors who assisted and helped to cheer the students on. It was amazing to see all the support from the community. Finally, thank you to all the teachers who helped to ensure the day ran smoothly, from sitting at check points along the course, running activities, taking on jobs, doing special runs on the course and for all your support. The day could not have been a success without the support from everybody on the day.
