Thank you to all the parents and carers for the encouragement and positive feedback over the past week. Teachers are working hard preparing for remote teaching in Term 2. This will happen in various forms. The Learning Packs that have been collected by all students essentially have the work for the first 4 weeks of Term 2. Please ensure students do not start work over the holiday break, but wait until term 2.
These Learning Packs will be supported through regular contact to parents and students by the teachers through various means - text messgaes, email, Skype, WhatsApp, Messenger etc. Please let your child's teacher know the best way to make contact with you and your child.
We are currently developing an online learning environment (virtual classroom) using Google Classroom for the students to use. In the virtual classroom, students will be able to watch clips, access more resources and be able to chat with teachers and other students. Students who do not have access to the internet will be catered for. Please let your child's teacher know if they will not have reliable internet access.
There is a link to an Introduction to Google Classroom below. Please note, we will send through student logins at a later date. Logins are delayed due to the number of school currently moving to remote learning.
