Term 1 - Week 3 Wrap Up

WEEKLY WRAP UP

A LITTLE ABOUT THE P&C

The P&C Association is responsible for raising funds throughout the year to go towards improvements to our school.  It is a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers who operate the school's uniform shop, tuckshop, OSHC and organise the many fundraising and events for our students and school community.  All funds raised go back into improving the school's facilities, resources and providing better opportunities and experiences for our kids.

The P&C hold monthly meetings, everyone is welcome to attend.  We welcome and encourage new members to join our committee and contribute your ideas, time and resources to help us achieve our objectives.

We are pleased to advise we have our new Operations Manager, Tara Schroor.  Tara has recently moved to Gold Coast from Sydney with her family.  She is very excited to be a part of making the P&C organisation the best it can be.  Welcome Tara to Robina State School.

P&C AGM NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AGM - SAVE THE DATE!

Pop it in your calendar now - this years P&C AGM is happening Wednesday March 11th @ 6:30pm in the CPAC Meeting Room.

All executive roles are stepped down at AGM and newly appointed, therefore all roles are up for grabs. We sadly have a few of our long serving executives who won't be re-nominating this year, so we will definitely be looking for some brave new souls to step up and join the team!

Take a look at the attached role descriptions and if you think you may be interested to find out more, please get in touch (https://robinasspandc.com.au/contact-us/) or come along to the meeting next week (Wed 12 Feb) and say hi.

We are a friendly bunch of volunteers working together to make our school as good as it can be! Come get involved in this rewarding organisation and make a difference... while having fun!
