St Mary's Bulletin

Children’s Liturgy will take place at Mass on Sunday at 10.30am.  All are welcome to attend.

St Mary’s Holy Week Liturgy will take place next Friday (12th April) at 9.00am in the Church.  This year, Mrs Herbert has coordinated a group of students to lead the school community through the Stations of the Cross.  All are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to Mrs Herbert and the RE Ministry on organising a great fundraiser for Project Compassion yesterday. it was wonderful to see the children all working together to lay out their coins and then measure their coin lines. The class with the longest line and the class with the highest amount of money raised will be announced at Monday morning’s assembly.  Mrs Herbert will share the money raised in next week’s Newsletter.

Congratulations to Mrs Herbert and Year Five for their very 'Aussie' rendition of the story of Cinderella.  The performance was full of Australian colloquialisms and slang that had the audience in laughter.  

We have a number of vacancies for our Pre-Kindy Program on Mondays. If you have a child who has turned three or will be turning three throughout the year and would like them to attend St Mary’s Pre-Kindy please contact the office for further information. We are also taking enrolments for Pre-Kindy in 2020. Interviews for Pre-Kindy 2020 will take place in Term Two.

If you have friends or family who are wanting to enrol their child into the Pre-Kindy program at St Mary’s please advise them to contact the office – the best advertising for our school is word of mouth. 

Please be reminded that when school returns back on Wednesday, 1 May all students will need to be in their winter uniform.  The uniform shop will be open on Tuesday before and after school.
