Teachers

Kieron White was successful in gaining a permanent position at The Small School in Murwillumbah. We know he will do amazing things with their community. Kieron's days will be replaced as follows:

Wednesday - Class 5/6 = Amy James. Friday - Class 2/3 - Amy James.

We welcome Jess Foxwell to Class 1/2 five days a week (picking up Amy's Wednesday).

Support Staff

Muriel (Mu) joins our support staff team. Working with us Monday - Thursday. We have been lucky to have Mu working within our school over the past year and look forward to her continuing to build those connection with our children and community.

Admin Staff

Pauline will take leave from Monday 8 August through until Wednesday 14 September. She will be replaced by Chenoa and Toni.

We are very lucky to have a Netball NSW development officer join us from Week 5 - 10 to run sport with each of our classes. This is achievable through a Sporting Schools Grant that we were lucky enough to receive.

The first Winter Festival meeting was held last week with over 18 parents in attendance. We have begun to organise roles and jobs for the upcoming event, if you have a particular interest in running or supporting one of the stalls please let Will know.

The parents in attendance unanimously voted to change the date to Sunday 4 September - mark this new date in your calendar. 

The school photos have now been handed to the students to bring home.

We have a folder of the group photos - Band & Choir, School Leaders and Year 6 Fun to view at the front office.
