Welcome back everyone!
It gives me great pleasure to welcome our returning and new families for the 2023 school year.
We are thrilled to have been able to welcome so many new students this year to our beautiful school. This will mean that we will spend this week re-checking the classes that we drafted at the end of this year to ensure they still offer a best-fit for our students.
We are hopeful that we will be in new classes by the end of the week. It is my absolute intention to form classes as soon as I am able so that we can learn our new routines and start building positive relationships with our students and families.

Meet the Teacher Family BBQ
At Hammondville Public School, we share a wonderful relationship with our community and pride ourselves on ensuring that we continue to strengthen that relationship for the benefit of our students and their learning.
We are looking forward to hosting a Meet the Teacher Family BBQ on Wednesday afternoon of week 5 (22 February).
More information will follow regarding this after school event, but please make sure you add this to your diaries. We would love to see all of our families up here to learn about each of our stages and to also spend some time enjoying a BBQ with and chatting to our fabulous team in a relaxed environment.
Hammondville PS Social Media Ecosystem
At our school, we communicate with our community for a range of purposes in a range of ways. The image below clearly explains the purpose of each of our platforms so that families are able to find the information that they require quickly and confidently.
For any questions you may have, your child’s classroom teacher is always the first port of call. Families are welcome to call our office on 9825 3948 and our friendly office staff will direct your call.
I look forward to sharing with you more information about the plans we have for 2023 in the coming weeks.
Take care of each other.
With gratitude,
Jodie Clark
Principal
