Dear Parents & Caregivers

On Monday each student has received the attached yellow note regarding Celebration Day.  Those invited will enjoy a free BBQ lunch and participate in some fun surprise activities.  Please read through the note and return the signed slip by Friday 13th March.  A more detailed note will be sent home in Term 2 for eligible students.

Just a reminder Cessnock East Public School is going RED to raise money for the Children's Tumour Foundation on Monday 23rd March 2020.  Please support this cause by donating a gold coin to wear something red for the day. There will also be red food sold at the canteen during recess and lunch.

Each student has received a pre-order lunch form, please return orders and money by the 19th March for catering purposes.  

Save the Date!

On Wednesday afternoon 18th March, 2020, the staff of Cessnock East are hosting a BBQ to welcome you and your family to our school in 2020. The welcome afternoon will start at 3pm and go until 4pm. In this time we will cook sausage burgers for you and your children are welcome to take you on a tour of their classrooms. The staff are looking forward to meeting you for a chat. A more detailed note has been sent home today. Please return by the due date to allow for correct catering.
