Dans le cadre de l'évolution de nos mesures liées au Covid-19, nous vous prions de bien vouloir noter les changements suivants, effectifs à partir de mardi 9 juin :

• la sortie des élèves de maternelle se fera à 15h15
• la sortie des élèves d'élémentaire a 15h25

In light of the evolution of the school's measures regarding Covid-19, please be aware of the following changes, which will be effective as of Tuesday 9 June:

• Pick-up for Maternelle students will be set at 15h15
• Pick-up for Elementary students will be set at 15h25

Nous vous rappelons, dans le respect des  consignes du NSW Health department, les recommendations suivantes :

• En cas de toux, douleurs à la gorge, difficulté respiratoire ou fièvre : Il est recommandé d’aller faire le test Covid-19 et rester isolé jusqu’au résultat. 

• Si le test négatif, l'élève ou le membre du personnel peut revenir à l’école avec justificatif,  si l’état de santé le permet  et si cette personne n’a pas été en contact avec une personne positive,

• Si un membre de la famille se fait tester, les autres membres du foyer peuvent aller à l’école ou au travail s’ils n’ont pas de symptômes.

We would like to remind you of the following recommendations, in accordance with the NSW Health Department's instructions:

• In case of cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or fever: it is recommended to go for the Covid-19 test and remain isolated until the result is known. 

• If the test is negative, the student or staff member may return to school with the clearance certificate, if the medical condition enables so, and if that person has not been in contact with a positive case.,

• If a family member gets tested, other members of the household can go to school or work if they do not have any symptoms.

Le module cantine du 1er semestre 2020-2021 est ouvert sur Eduka.

Nous vous invitons à compléter le module cantine du 1er semestre 2020-2021 au plus tard le 12 août 2020.

Vous pouvez inscrire votre enfant au forfait 3 ou 5 jours par semaine. Si vous ne souhaitez pas que votre enfant mange à la cantine, merci de l’inscrire à l’option « pas de cantine ».

Veuillez-vous référer au module cantine 2020-2021 pour plus d’informations. 

Nouveautés pour les forfaits 5 jours cantine :

·         Nouveau tarif réduit pour le forfait 5 jours obligatoire des Petites et Moyennes sections de la Maternelle. 

·         Augmentation des réductions fratrie pour les inscriptions à la cantine au forfait 5 jours.

   - 10% de réduction pour le deuxième enfant inscrit au forfait 5 jours

   - 19% de réduction pour le troisième enfant inscrit au forfait 5 jours

   - 24% de réduction à partir du quatrième enfant inscrit au forfait 5 jours

L’inscription des élèves de petites et moyennes sections de la maternelle au forfait 5 jours est obligatoire et automatique. Il n’est pas nécessaire de remplir ce module.

Pour les élèves du secondaire en attente de leur emploi du temps, merci d’indiquer d’ores et déjà les jours désirés sur le module. Il vous sera possible de les modifier lors de la semaine de la remise de votre emploi du temps à la rentrée scolaire.

Canteen enrollments for the 1st semester 2020-2021 is now open on Eduka

We invite you to complete the module canteen for the 1st semester 2020-2021 by 12/08/20 at the latest.

You can enrol your child(ren) for 3 or 5 days a week. If you do not wish to enrol your child(ren) at the canteen for the semester, please tick “no canteen”.

Please refer to the canteen module on Eduka for more information.

What's new for the 5 days’ canteen option:

·         New reduced rate for the 5-day canteen mandatory option for the Petite and Moyenne Sections in Maternelle.

·         Increase of the sibling discount rates for the 5-day canteen option:

   - 10% discount for the second child registered for the 5-day option.

   - 19% discount for the third child registered for the 5-day option

   - 24% discount from the fourth child registered for the 5-day option

The enrolment to the 5 days’ canteen option is mandatory and automatic for the Petites and Moyennes sections in Maternelle. It is not necessary to complete this module.

For the Secondary students waiting for their timetable please indicate the requested days in the module. You will be able to modify the days the week you will receive your timetable at the beginning of the school year.

Nous vous prions de bien vouloir rendre les livres de bibliothèque des enfants du primaire avant vendredi 5 juin. Les livres manquants seront facturés. À titre d'information, la bibliothèque face à l'école est réouverte et dispose de rayons enfants en français et en anglais.

Please return library books to the BCD before Friday 5 June. Missing books will be invoiced. For your information, the library in front of the school is open and has kids books in French and English.
