Year 4, 5 and 6 Camp

Tomorrow our Years 4,5 and 6 students will be heading off for a fun filled 3 days at camp. For those attending camp please ensure that you have the necessary items as per the packing sheet that was sent home. Children are to bring their school bag with a packed lunch box, their water bottle and school hat with them. If we could put all of our luggage at the front fort in the morning for easy access to the bus when it gets here. The bus will leave at 9:00am sharp so children will need to be at school no later than 8:30am. We will still have morning snack before we leave. Ms Malcomson, Mrs Pitkin and Chappie Lyn will be attending camp with the children.

Attendance

Consistent attendance at school is very important for continuity of learning. Please ensure children are in attendance at school on every possible day. We understand that illnesses occur throughout the year and appreciate adequate time at home for recovery when this occurs.

We ask that parents who drop their children off at school before 8:00am please sign them in at the office. This is a requirement from the department.

Western Rangers Rugby League Trials

Three of our students from Years 5 and 6 were given the opportunity to participate in trials for Rugby League at Hattonvale State School. Well done boys.  Congratulations to Caleb Thorne for being selected to go on to the next level.
