We are now down to 57 unexplained absences.  Well done to A2 and A6 for great improvements.  Thanks to those parents and carers.  You have done a great job.

With one week to go, let’s see how low we can make the results.  All it takes is a call or SMS to let us know if your child has been sick.  Please remember to do this so that the classroom teacher does not have to use valuable time making phone calls as the Education Department requires an explanation for every absence.

Thank you to all those parents and carers who reply to text messages, letters home, notes in the diary, phoning the school or talking to the teacher.  You are making a great difference.  Well done and keep it up.

ANZAC DAY

As mentioned on our Term One Events Calendar, our ANZAC Assembly was scheduled for Thursday 7th April 2022  (the second last day of this term).

Due to COVID regulations, we have had to cancel all assemblies, including this one.

Instead, on Tuesday 26th April (first day back next term), we will have an ANZAC Ceremony over the PA.

It is unfortunate that we are not able to invite families and hold assemblies, however, we will still honour and remember those who have served.

Deputy Principal
