During the last two weeks I have appreciated sharing my reflections with current and previous parents and students of Beaumont Road Public School. It has been a pleasure to share so many fond memories and learn of the progress and achievements of past students.
In particular, I enjoyed the opportunity to have a farewell dinner with the P&C Executive last Monday and participate in the P&C Breakfast on Wednesday. Thank you to all the parents who contributed to these events. I have always appreciated and valued this dedicated team and so many other parents who have worked hard to enhance school initiatives.
I would love to provide a snippet of my time at Beaumont Road Public School for your enjoyment and reflection,
as it is now time to say, ‘good bye’.

Parents and staff over many years have been aware of the love I have had for Beaumont Road Public School and my desire to postpone my departure.
To have the opportunity to support dedicated parents, lead professional teachers to implement programs and observe the development of approximately 1 000 children from Kindergarten to Year 6 has provided a great deal of satisfaction.
It has been an absolute privilege and pleasure to have been Principal of Beaumont Road Public School for nineteen years and I feel like the luckiest Principal.
During the last couple of weeks, I have appreciated the many kind words from so many of the Beaumont Road Public School community.
I look forward to meeting parents at the farewell assembly organised by the school and P&C to be held tomorrow, Friday at 2:00 pm
I am leaving with fond memories.
