Carparking in Private Driveways

Dear Parents and Guardians

We have been advised that parents are parking across the driveways of the townhouses owned by the Defence Department in South Creek Road as well as across the associated Department of Defence driveway.  Please do not do so, it is very poor behaviour. Residents are photographing the vehicles and providing the photographs to us, council and the police.  If this continues, we may need to consider sharing the photographs with our community.

PHPA Update

PHPA - Clothing Pool Closure for Term 2

The PHPA Clothing Pool (2nd Hand Uniform shop) will be closed for 3 weeks from Monday 31st May through to the end of this term, Friday 18th June. This is to give our Volunteers time to perform a full stocktake and quality check of all our current 2nd Hand items as many of our older items are now past saleable condition or no longer part of the PH Uniform.

The PHPA Clothing Pool will re-open from Tuesday 13 July (first day of Term 3) in our new premises, located behind the swimming pool area by the South Creek Road car park. Full details of our new location, opening hours and appointment booking system will be shared in due course.

We are always keen to engage any Parent or Guardian who would like to Volunteer with this or any of our fundraising initiatives. Please email PHPAvolunteer@tphs.nsw.edu.au for more information.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far this year - the Clothing Pool is a key contributor to our fundraising efforts. Already this year we have sold over $25,000 worth of items, a new record! Roughly half of this, depending on donations, is paid out to families who have given us their pre-loved uniform for us to sell on their behalf. Details on how you can sell your 2nd hand uniform items on consignment with us are available under General/PHPA tab on Skoolbag.

Looking forward to seeing you again soon and welcoming you to our new home!

The Push-Up Challenge

A number of Staff members are going to be undertaking the 'Push-Up Challenge' in June attempting 3,318 push ups over 25 days, as this is the number of Australian men that committed suicide last year. We are raising funds for 'Lifeline Northern Beaches'.
