From all the staff at Terara Public School, we wish you a safe and happy holiday! It's been a wonderful year at Terara, once again, and I'm sure next year will be even better. 

This is the last day of the 2019 school year for students and my last day as Principal of this great school. I am looking forward to my retirement but I'm also a little sad to be leaving this community. I'm sure I'll be popping in now and then to catch up.

The talent Quest was held this morning, Wednesday, 18/12/19, and it showcased the wealth of talent we have at Terara Public School. We thank The Jimmy Little Foundation who sponsored prizes to foster performance at our school in memory of Jimmy Little. He attended primary school here many years ago, and went on to become a renowned performer. Judging by the talent on show today, there will be many others to follow in his famous footsteps. The winners were:

Primary - Bella, who sang Six Feet Under

Infants - Chloe and Yasmin, who sang How Far I'll Go

They each received gift vouchers for South Coast Music, donated by The Jimmy Little Foundation. 

The 2020 P & C Welcome BBQ will be held on Friday, 21st February 2020 in the school grounds. Put it on your new year's calendar! Come along to meet new families and enjoy the company of our school community. More details in the new year.
