Principal's Message

A big hello to all our students, parents, staff and members of our school community.

ENROL NOW FOR 2024

As I mentioned last newsletter it is that time of year again that we start to enrol students for Prep – Year 6 for the following year – 2024. You will notice that there are two advertisement boards on the school fences letting everyone know that enrolments are now open for 2024 for Grades Prep-6.

If you know any Family, Friends or Neighbours please let them know that we are conducting tours this Thursday the 16th March at 9:30am & 7:00pm. The tours for Tuesday have already taken place with good numbers of new parents attending both tours. If these dates do not suit then Parents can ring the school and arrange for a date that suits both them and the school. We look forward to meeting as many new parents as possible as well as our current ones.

The advertising boards are being sponsored by YPA Real Estate,Glenroy.

VEGETABLE GARDEN

Last Friday we were very fortunate to receive 8 metres of mulch from the Council. With the help of many hands we were able to distribute just about all of it during school time. I keep saying it, but parents stick around for 5 minutes longer after dropping your child off or come 5 minutes earlier to check out our plentiful Vegetable garden and surrounding areas. This is going to be an amazing area when finally finished. Many Thanks to Mrs Mazzone and all the grades and teachers who assisted. It was truly a real Team effort.

Once again it looks like the next few days are going to be a bit warmer so I hope you can enjoy getting outside with your family and friends.

Yours Sincerely,

Bob Brown - Principal
